Ferid Harabi received his master's and Ph.D degrees in electronics from the faculty of sciences of Tunis in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Since 2009 he is a Assistant Professor of electrical engineering at the national school of engineers of CARTHAGE.

Since 2003 he is a member of the physics laboratory of soft matter and member of high frequency electronic circuits and systems unit at the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, University of Tunis El Manar. His current research interests include RF circuits, antennas and modeling in microwave integrated circuits. He is also involved with antenna measurement and the study of smart antenna systems and antennas array localization.
